How it works

Fees, deadlines, and money flows by role. On the practice network you can try the same rules with test tokens.

For recruiters

Posting locks a deposit and deadlines—so listings stay real and replies stay timely, not so you buy more reach.

What it costs to post

A base post costs 110: listing fee 80, plus bond 30 (refundable after the job is settled).

Optional sincerity boost locks with the post; after the first applicant accepts an interview, boost is not returned. If you settle before any accept, remaining boost can be refunded or donated.

What you need to do

Refresh each listing within 7 days to show it is still open. Miss the window and it closes; reopening costs 7.

For every open application, offer an interview or decline within 72 hours. Missing the deadline costs 5.

How interviews work

When you offer an interview, you lock a coffee tip equal to the apply fee (3). After the applicant confirms, the tip pays out and that application is complete.

Before they confirm, you can cancel; they can also leave. The coffee tip returns to you, and about 80% of the apply fee returns to them.

Contact is required when posting or applying. You see applicants after they apply; they see you after you offer. The first inbox open may ask for one message signature to start a session; later reads in that session do not. Voluntary donate is optional.

Where job details live

Title and public job description are visible to everyone; private notes are yours alone and open in the desk when you need them.

Editing copy or binding your role may ask for a wallet signature; posting, offering, and settling are the steps that move funds.

Numbers here are product defaults; your wallet and desk are the source of truth.
