This is a pilot: Practice network only. Data may be wiped when the test network resets—jobs, applications, and test balances can disappear. Do not treat this as a production hiring environment.

Tokens on the practice network come from the faucet and cannot be cashed out. Live network in the top bar is not open yet.

Active job limit
One address may keep at most 3 active jobs by default. If paid expansion is enabled, follow the prompt on the desk.
How to get started
1) Connect your wallet and switch to Practice
2) Bind a role
3) Claim test tokens (~300/day for recruiters, ~10/day for applicants, resets on the UTC day)
4) Keep a little SOL for network fees
Deadlines are enforced automatically
Missed refreshes, unanswered applications, and unconfirmed interview offers are handled automatically.
Trust your wallet balance
Funds and progress follow your wallet balance and desk status. Recruiters: after every application finishes, withdraw remaining bond from the job list.
Numbers here are product defaults; your wallet and desk are the source of truth.
