How it works

Fees, deadlines, and money flows by role. On the practice network you can try the same rules with test tokens.

For applicants

The apply fee signals sincerity so you can expect a timely reply or an interview.

What applying costs

Each apply locks 3. If you leave or are declined before confirming an interview, you get about 80% back (~2.40).

When you get an interview offer

After a recruiter offers an interview, confirm to accept (you receive the 3 coffee tip; the apply fee is spent), or leave (the tip returns to the recruiter; you get about 80% of the apply fee back).

If you stay silent, after about 3 days the system closes it as a leave.

Contact and a short self-intro are required when you apply; a resume/portfolio link is optional. You see the recruiter's contact only after they offer an interview. The first view may ask for one message signature to start a session.

A little network fee in your wallet

Applying uses a small network fee (usually paid in SOL). When the flow is finished, you can close the application in the desk and reclaim that fee.

Numbers here are product defaults; your wallet and desk are the source of truth.
